FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Friendly dog

We all have questions…

Maybe we can answer yours here.

Do I need tickets?

Yes, you will need to purchase tickets for alcoholic beverage and food samples. Other food and drink will be available for purchase from the vendors. Admission and alcohol purchases will require a valid state or federal ID proving that the individual is 21 years of age or older. Save money by purchasing your tickets early and avoid the risk of sell out on the day of the event.  What is the best way to experience The Verde Valley Wine Festival? Be a VIP! These tickets are popular and always sell out! VIP tickets give you 1-hour early entry, exclusive access to the VIP tent, a swag bag, and so much more. Platinum VIP gives you everything that you get with regular VIP, and it adds the Pre-Festival Celebration Event with special wine and culinary options along with musical entertainment, live auction and preferred parking for the festival.

Will my tickets be mailed to me?

Please note: All tickets are sent electronically. Nothing will be physically sent to you.
You must download them to your mobile device to show at the gate, or print them and bring the printout to the event.

Can I bring my dog?

If you must bring your pet, please remember to ensure his or her health and safety by providing ample water and remember to show respect to your fellow festival-goers by cleaning up after your pet.

If your pet shows aggression or doesn’t play nicely with the festival goers, you will be asked to remove your pet from the event.

Please note: Dogs must be on leashes up to 6′ at the festival, no “Flexi-Leads” or other extension leashes are allowed.

Can I bring my children?

Yes children are allowed.  Please be aware there are no child specific activities.

What if there is rain?

We need rain! IF we happen to get some that day, we will do our best to carry on. If it gets too intense, we may need to take appropriate action. We’ll deal with it as it comes.

Where do I park?

There will be parking available all around downtown. Follow the signs to event parking.

Is this event handicap accessible?

All activities are held in the Cottonwood Activity Park. There is grass on the festival grounds. Handicap accessible restrooms are nearby.

Can I bring my own chair?

If you have a special chair that makes you comfy, bring it. We will have some chairs around the event.
