We all have questions...

Maybe we can answer yours here.

COVID19 Update

We are obligated to adhere to the mandates related to Public gatherings from the Arizona Department of Health Services.
In Arizona public gatherings are limited to 50 people or fewer, and event permits are not being issued for this reason.
We will continue to monitor the Covid Guidelines and limits and provide updates as we receive new information.

We are planning for the festival to return May 8, 2021.

All 2020 tickets and vendor fees will be honored for 2021.
New tickets for the 2021 are not currently being sold until the event limits are lifted.

We sincerely thank you in advance for your patience, and appreciate your continued loyalty and understanding during this difficult time. Further updates will be made on our website and social channels as they become available.

We look forward to celebrating in Clarkdale when it is once again a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!

Please be safe, be well and be kind, we are all in this together! Cheers!

Do I need tickets?

Yes, you will need to purchase tickets for alcoholic beverage and food samples. Other food and drink will be available for purchase from the vendors. Admission and alcohol purchases will require a valid state or federal ID proving that the individual is 21 years of age or older. Save money by purchasing your tickets early and avoid the risk of sell out on the day of the event. Tickets will be available for purchase once the covid restrictions for events have been lifted. Our email list will be sent notification once this has been confirmed.

Will my tickets be mailed to me?

Please note: All tickets are downloadable to your computer or mobile device. Nothing will be physically sent to you.
You must download them to your mobile device to show at the gate, or print them and bring the printout to the event.

Can I bring my children?

Yes children are allowed.  Please be aware there are no child specific activities, but there is a playground adjacent to the festival in the park.

Can I bring my dog?

If you must bring your pet, please remember to ensure his or her health and safety by providing ample water and remember to show respect to your fellow festival-goers by cleaning up after your pet.

If your pet shows aggression or doesn’t play nicely with the festival goers, you will be asked to remove your pet from the event.

Please note: Dogs must be on leashes up to 6′ at the festival, no “Flexi-Leads” or other extension leashes are allowed.

What if there is rain?

We need rain! IF we happen to get some that day, we will do our best to carry on. If it gets too intense, we may need to take appropriate action. We’ll deal with it as it comes.

Where do I park?

There will be parking available all around downtown. Follow the signs to event parking. There will be overflow parking behind the Post Office.

Can I bring my own chair?

If you have a special chair that makes you comfy, bring it. We will have some chairs around the event.

Is this event handicap accessible?

All activities are held in the Clarkdale park. There are walkways and grass on the festival grounds. There are ramps at the corners. Handicap accessible restrooms are available.
